Important Information for Customers Holding MTPL Insurance Policies Issued by Insurance Company DallBogg
10 June 2026
By decision dated 9 June 2026, the Financial Supervision Commission withdrew the insurance licence of DallBogg: Life and Health Insurance Company JSC. The withdrawal of the licence does not affect the validity of insurance contracts already concluded with the company. Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) insurance policies remain valid and continue to provide insurance coverage.
Claims arising under MTPL insurance are guaranteed by the Bulgarian Guarantee Fund. The Fund is responsible for claims that the insurer is unable to pay as of the date of the licence withdrawal. As a result, all persons with valid claims against the insurer will receive the compensation to which they are entitled.
